Class Times and Rates

The studio is an intimate experience with flexibility to suit your schedule and privacy.

Clients come one to three times per week and have the choice of privates, semi-privates or group classes of three (reformer) or four (matwork) people.

If you don’t have a partner or group, there is a possibility of matching people with your skill level and availability so call to add your name to our list.

Hours:

7am to 8pm	Monday to Thursday
7am to Noon	Friday and Saturday

Rates:

Private	$60 per hour
Semi-Private (2)	$35 per person
Groups of 3 or 4	$25 per person
